I understand that my prompt is a starting point. Paintedd maintains total freedom to interpret and deviate stylistically to fulfill the emotional requirement of the piece.

Emotional Workflow (Soft Deadlines)

Art is emotion. If the required emotion is not present, the piece rests. I accept that timelines are flexible and respect the emotional process over rushed labor.

The 70 / 20 Structure

70% upfront. 20% is strictly non-refundable. 3-month payment plans hold the physical piece until fully paid. Defaulting results in forfeiture of funds and the artwork.

Undisputed Copyright

Paintedd retains full rights to the image. I may resell the physical original, but I may not reproduce, reprint, or claim ownership of the intellectual property.
